More Community Service in 2024!
Here are three meaningful ways you can give back to our community this month:
- Lend a hand during the Heritage Helps food distribution program on Saturday, February 17th at 6:30 am. We'll be sorting food for our monthly distribution to families facing food insecurity. Every contribution helps ensure families have access to nourishing meals.
- Share the warmth of community at Embry Rucker on Sunday, February 18th. Join us in cooking and serving a delicious Sunday meal to the residents of the homeless shelter. It's a chance to connect and bring joy to those experiencing hardship.
- Drop off a hot dish for the Fairfax County Hypothermia Shelter on Sunday, February 18th and 25th. A hot meal can make a world of difference to those seeking shelter from the cold
Together, we can make a positive impact in our community. Sign up today!

"What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, 'Go in peace, be warmed and filled,' without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead." (James 2:14-17)
